I boil a stick of cinnamon in a cup of water, then add a teaspoon of the resulting tea into my drinks, once in a while, when I need a little extra cash. It's not a potion I abuse so I can't say if drinking more will get bigger results.

I just made a protection potion this week. It is cooked and you have to be careful because some of the ingredients are dangerous if taken internally. It is to be dabbed onto a person and it lasts each time you dab 2-3 days. It is a new one for me so I don't know how effective it is. I got it out of a published book for protection. I did modify the spell to make it mine; changing some of the ingredients, my own touch, my own energy charging, my own calling in rhym to the spirits of each ingredient, in rhym the whole intention for the potion results as so forth as one is suppose to do for
all spells so they are more effective. I
will let you know if it works. : D

works out okay.

Wouldn't it make sense to fit the potion to what you need, rather than look for an 'easy potion'?

i study potions and have many books on them if you want help. in my opinion tea's are the easiest, it's just finding the ingredient, oils should be the most difficult since you have to heat the oil without burning it or whatever you are infusing them with. baths are also fairly simple,

that's a simple milk bath you can use, it includes the base for baths and a couple additions for seasonal spells.
