Need a Healing Teacher

Hey guys! I need a very experienced teacher to teach me Healing please!! I am on here more than once every day, so if you can just seen me mail on here and help me, that would be amazing!! Thanks and BB!!

what kind/way?

I just want to learn any and all types of Healing.

Rub your hands together until they get warm, then place your left over your right (thumb and index finger should go around the wrist), hold your hand over the wound, concentrate your chakra to go to both your hands, and force push the chakra until the pain goes away or less painful.
-Caution, this doesnt work for all wounds, mostly works for;
Cuts, Bruises, Cramps, twisted ankles, and anything else that isn't too serious.
-This does NOT work for bullet shots, or anything life threatening.

Is there anything that does help for serious injuries?? At least to the point to where it takes away some of the pain??

I know that some people can put their hand on the wound where the person hurts and absorb some of the pain into themselves, maybe you should try and learn that.
