help

okay so for a few years now whenever i read a book, it's somehow connected to my real life. but, lately especially, its been really bad, and even tv shows and like things are doing the same thing. In the past, it has made me stop reading all-together because i've been afraid of the knowledge affecting me more and more. It really scares me. Another thing is that people close to me (my girlfriend and my ex) have been having mulitple personalitys, but they aren't just personalities. For my ex, she was possesed for 14 months by a spirit who she was linked to. My current girlfriend has been possessed by one of her past lives that needed a situation resolved with my help. They (both my ex and current gf) would "switch" with this other spirit and the other would talk to me. for my girlfriend, I encountered another different spirit/person that was asking for my help. she said these "dark people" were after her, and asked for my help. i believe that i saw one of these things around one of my friends the other night. This other friend is getting close to me, but doesn't believe in any of this. So to try to keep her out of it, i haven't talked about it. but it looks like she may be affected... what should i do? should i tell her anyways? and why do these spirits/ people keep asking me for help?

a possible answer is that you are sensitive to spirits and the spirits are attracted to you. Your friends my also be sensitive and that is why they posses them. I would try to help the spirits through meditating on them or invoking them with the appropriate protection so you don't get possessed. You can also try to banish the spirits from them and use protection spells but that could only be a temporary fix. for your one friend that doesn't believe, you can only help someone that wants the help.
