Wolves

I have just received a Mail about a post where I mentioned living with a wolf by buying a dog.
So let me make it clear. Every breed of dog on Earth has been bred,by humans mainly, from wolves. I say,mainly by humans, because some dogs do cross-breed themselves. My own dog is a "cross Jack Russell terrier", part Jack Russell with some obvious Corgi traits. I don't really like the term "mongrel". That has always seemed to me to be a "snobbish" word used by owners of pedigree dogs. But make no mistake. If you own a dog you have a wolf on your hearthrug! Ask any Vet.
