My questions are why show this, it has no point to it at all if people don't know what it is about.

Secondly why chant to the angels about an Samhain, it doesn't really make sense.

God God God
I am the presence of the joy of God
The Motion of Gods' Power

Isn't that taken directly out of a book.

As most will know, Samhain is the "final harvesting!, when the last of the crops were gathered in to last through the winter. It is also the time when we remember all friends and relations who have died; especially in the previous year.
I do not have any "special" chants at Samhain, but for many years I have recited, at my altar, a poem by Mary Elizabeth Frye, in remembrance of my dead parents and my older brother. You can find it on the internet. It is called, "Do not stand at my grave and weep".
