Projection help
By:
Hi everyone :3
I have wanted to go to the astral plain for a long time now, but when meditating, and trying to get there, i get so far as a dizzy feeling through me, then i snap back to reality. I would love some brave soul to try and explain to me what i'm doing wrong and how i can rectifiy it, a tutor, if you will. Send me an Email if you're willing, thanks for reading this people :3
Blessed be

Astral projection is very difficult for the vast majority of people. I still can't go all the way, even though I can put myself into the vibrational state almost at will, and once by accident. Just keep trying and you'll get there eventually.

Try going to the Astral state from a dream (Lucid Dream) that may be easiest for beginners. You have to find what works for you, meditation isn't the only way.

I don't see a flaw in the technique you are using. The "dizzy feeling" (which is probably the vibrational state) means you are getting there.

This is a technique I like to use:
Meditate until very relaxed, then lie down on your back, relax a while if you snapped out of the meditational state while changing positions, let yourself doze off a bit so you are almost dreaming (you see random pictures and scenarios as you would a dream but are awake). Hold that state and try to project. Try lifing just one arm, leg, etc just to see how it feels at first. (Fuzzy, dizzy, warm feeling are good signs).

Also, make sure you don't hold any unrealistic fears of the astral plane-nothing bad will happen. Your physical body cannot be possesed while you are visiting the astral plane.

When I started working with astral projection I had the vibrational state down after a few months but it took several months after that to succesfully project. Keep at it, the experience is worth the time and effort!

Ok, sorry for the double post, but i've been trying the method you very kindly put up for the past couple of nights, and i just get so relaxed, that when i'm at the brink of sleep when i'm seeing those random pictures, i forget what i want to do, and fall asleep anyway >.
