Invoking a Goddess

Does anyone know if the Goddesses get jealous? I am serious about this question. I have been calling on Hecate for guidance and help with some of my spells, and for protection, but now I would like to cast the love spell that I wrote.
Would it be ok if I called on diana, since it is a New Moon and she is the Goddess of love? Or would Hecate be jealous?

I haven't read any articles on this, and would really like to know.

Thank you.

It depends on the view of your specific path.
Some people consider the gods absolutely perfect, therefore unkindly emotions such as jealousy does not become of them.

And then you have those like in Greek Mythology where the gods are everything but perfect and resemble regular people in character.
Hecate belonging to Greek Mythology herself, may of course get a tad irritated. She is although a primordial goddess, in which case she would most likely not get too upset by it.
The crazy, jealous types are the younger ones, mainly Olympians and lesser gods of new age classical Greece.

Diana though, is of a more Roman dexterity, I suggest sticking to a specific group of gods so I suggest using Diana's Greek name, Artemis. Would be less mixed up.

Its not uncommon for practitioners to venerate an entire pantheon of god(ess)s, but to pick a select few as their personal patrons/matrons.

This way the group gets respect, and the individual ones get your full dedication.
