I practice coin divination and I keep on getting wonky answers. I ask my deity questions and sometimes I get a different response when I ask a same or similar question twice. It feels like I might of annoyed him, is this possible.
Yes that is a possibility, but what I think is more likely, and I've fallen to this habit many times, is thinking about it too much. There is such a thing about thinking too hard about something and I think that might be a little more likely than annoying your deity, even though that is also likely. It's also possible that by seeing both sides of the coin on questions repeated could be a sign that you should read into the situation a little more. If you don't mind me asking, what questions were you asking and what questions received more than one answer?

To add to what Div has said here, you should also keep in mind that things change. The future isn't always set in stone. Things can and often do change. It's quite possible that you're being shown two outcomes for whatever it is you're asking. Our actions and decisions can change how things play out either for better or worse, depending on the case at hand.
This kind of divination is difficult because it doesn't allow for much interpretive freedom on the part of the spirit, nor you. You have two answers, "Yes" or "no" most of the time.
The spirit may be trying to convey a more complex truth to you, that the medium doesn't allow for. Your deity is no doubt an extremely powerful spirit, and may need a bigger medium to contain his insights, such as runes, cards, or dice. Even those mediums can be too small for some spirits, who may prefer to contact you via visions.
Of course, it could be that this deity doesn't dabble in the realm of divination. That would be for you to discover through study.
