Hello everyone!

My name is Ili.
I have been trying to wrap my mind around many different concepts since I was about 15, four years ago. In this process, I have found that an open mind is the best approach to any point of view. There were times when I did seek guidance from friends interested in certain crafts, but I found most of that to be misleading for me, so I decided to study on my own and build my own set of fluid practices. I say fluid, because you never know when something will come along that completely changes your perspective. I have found many ways to work magic or energy in my own right, but I think it's time I got some solid help and advice in the process. It's been a rough road recently, and I have been getting unpleasant and disturbing visions, unable to reach the good energies that once surrounded me. If anyone would like to know more, please feel free to ask. I am ready for advice.

I would say that you've been open a little too much and some bad energies have latched onto you. Cleanse yourself and your working area (if need be your home) with lavender or sage or one of the many other purifying, protecting and banishings incenses. That should clear things up for good energies to come in.

Then again this could just be your everyday life block in which case don't force things and try to relax.

Thank you for your advice.
I do not have access to lavender or sage.
A cleansing is probably a good idea though, I will have to research other ways. I have a question. How can you tell if your chakras are imbalanced? And which ones? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, it's just that lately all of the noise and visions have been freaking me out. Usually in the past I had useful visions or dreams that were simple and intuitive. Now it's like a radio is going off in my head most of the time.

Unfortunately, I haven't studdied chakras specifically so I'm not the one to ask. But, I would think that meditation isn't a bad idea. As for cleansing there are so many things you can use for that so you shouldn't worry about not having lavender or sage.

I have definitely had a hard time with meditation recently, because I have had so many things to do at home.
But I will try hard to meditate, and maybe use some incense.
Would Jasmine work? Even if it's just the fake stuff? I have wormwood, the actual herb. I took the time to purchase that one.
Would that be useful anywhere?
Some sources say the herb helps with banishing fights and anger, others say it will help strengthen your psychic abilities.
I just don't know if that's a good idea...
I also have dead sea salt. (Salt from the Dead Sea)
That's it.
Is there anything I can do with that?
I've tried looking up dead sea salt and if it's any better than regular salt...
I didn't find many answers.
But that's the last of my questions unless someone peaks my interest with another suggestion.
Thank you again.
I will try meditation more often.

Hey there!

Wormwood and jasmine will work well as incense. Wormwood is good for conjuring spirits and driving them away. Jasmine is known to bring good luck and bringing balance to a situation.

Wish I could be of more help than that. Good luck to you!

Barberry, Burdock Root, Cayene, Fern, Graprefruit, Hyssop, Lemon, Lovage, Marjoram, Mesquite, Pine, (regular) Sea Salt, Solomon's Seal (root), Thyme, Rosmary, Sage, Lavender are all used for cleasing. If you don't have any of these jst google "cleansing herbs" or incenses or whatever you want to use.

I'm going to copy that list of herbs too. :)
Should definitely be useful for a time when I can afford things.
