hello, I have many books to do with the craft such as : utterly wicked, advanced candle magic, a few of scott cunninghams books ect but I don't have a plain old book on witchcraft if anyone knows any books that is just a plain spell book.

preferably darker aspects of magic but an all-rounder would be good too.

You're asking for two different things. A book on witchcraft isn't the same as a spellbook

For a book that is solely a spell book I'd suggest the " Encyclopedia of 5000 Spells " by Judika Illes

For books on Witchcraft I'd suggest:

" Mastering Witchcraft " by Paul Huson

" Witchcraft: Theory and Practice " by Ly de Angeles

I recommend Pure Magic by the same person who wrote Encyclopedia of 5000 spells.

'darker magick'? afraid i don't know of any i could recommend, maybe Have you Been Hexed by Alexandra Chauran, but i read it once a few years back and haven't reread it, but from what i remember it was helpful [couple spots i felt sceptical with her information]

outside of that, The Witches Bible by Janet and Stuart Farrar is always a good choice. regarding spell books, i have a few but it's better to figure out how to write your own over spending hundreds on spell books [all my books specifically on spells i either received as gifts or bought on sale for less than 10$]

The magic book I started with was Advanced Magic for Beginners by Alan Chapman. It was very helpful in explaining the theory and practice of magic without bothering with theology and ethics.

Is it possible to find ANY of these books in a public library? Because so far no such luck..and I don't have the money to buy a book unfortunately, and I don't know anyone who studies the craft let alone has a book at hand.
