Urban Ledgend

Knowing all of these false "séances" like quiji board and other things of the sort, I believe this is one of those fake urban legends. A lot of people here in the Philippines believe in this, but always remember, unlike a classic séance no candle is needed to invoke this "Charlie". That aside, there is also no altar and all you need is a paper and pencil, meaning that this sorry excuse for a "ritual" was created for fun.

you do not need an altar or candle to preform a ritual (but I does help) but yes this new Charlie "game" is total make believe for the only magic that is happening is gravity
