Nightmares

Traditionally, I have pleasant dreams every night or I speak with Mother Diana. But for the past month or so, all I've been having are nightmares. When I wake up, I'm still afraid. Today, I woke up at 3:23 am because of it. It's not that I didn't have nightmares before. It's the fact that before I could easily see the lesson in it. Learn from it. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but could it be a psychic attack of sorts? Am I bringing it upon myself?

I feel like I'm being watched all the time. I'm way too paranoid for a kid my age. Especially and night and with windows.

Nothing out of the ordinary really. I've been having a lot more headaches though. But it might just be my allergies.

Most likely something is bothering you on a subconscious level. What are these nightmares about.

I doubt it is a psychic attack. While curses and dream work could cause nightmares, they are a lot of fuss and I would think someone would need to have a decent reason to do that to you.

If you are concerned, try eating blueberries or burning blueberry leaves. Both work as a form of psychic protection. You could also burn some sage to cleanse the area and remove negative energy. Amethyst is good for nightmares. Also keeping a sachet of lavender in your pillow helps with restless sleep.

Thanks for the advice. I think I will try all of that. After all, they all are different each time.
