Is there a spell that can

detect other users of the craft around you? I'd like to find people my age and join or start a coven.

I can tell you that here in the USA no reputable coven is apt to take you as a member unless you are legally an adult, so in most cases not until you are 18 years old or older. There are a number of very good legal reasons for this. If you're under 18 and a group says you're welcome to join, I would be suspicious of their reasons.

I would like to second what Lark said. No Pagan group in the US is likely to take anyone who is not a legal adult. In fact, it is illegal in some states to give religious instruction to a minor without parental consent. Please be wary of any group that says they will accept minors into their membership.

Well, for me.. I can naturally sense if a person near me has anything to do with the craft, or if they have any abilities. It's kind of like how a habitual drug user can usually tell if someone else is high or uses drugs.
