guidance please...

how do i expand my medium ship and psychic powers??? please help ive been trying to get better but im still at the same level as i was when i first started (my predictions are better though) and whenever i ask one of my psychic friends they all tell me the same thing "let the universe come to you" but i dont understand what it means...please help

First I am not aware it is something you can excercise like weight lifting. For me it is natural but my clearity gets better with meditation and spiritual practice. If your making predictions I dont know how successful you will be. The future is always fluent and in motion and there is no guarantee that what you see will be what happens.

I agree with Dillon13 meditation and spiritual practice is the way to go its how I learned to live with being an empath
