can you have ill effects if a demon that has been with you since birth taken away from you. He has only protected me and punish the ones i wanted punished. He chose me i did not chose him.

Not to my knowledge but you're probably going to have some type of trade off like energy, but I do know of some astral beings and spirits who just want companionship so that might be it.

To answer my own question. Yes you can have ill effects and mine are emotional and physical and it hurts.
