can anyone tell my how to find spirit guide and contact them?

They way you find your guide may be unique and different than the way I found mine, as different things work for different people, but I could give you a few ideas that may help..

First off is meditation, honestly, the more meditation the better when trying to find your guides.
Secondly is dream interpretation and watching the animals you see daily. If there is a crow in your dreams every night, you may want to meditate on it to see if it is your guide. Same thing goes for if you were being followed by a crow daily, your spirit guide may be trying to get your attention.
Another thing that worked for me was a guided meditation and visualizations. Of course, everybody is different and this may not work for you, but it's certianally worth a shot :)
