Effects of meditation?

so i've only been meditating and visualizing for a few days now, but i keep feeling better and better. can it help your life? i've just had a great day and i just feel better than usual since i've stated. i just feel more in control

Yes meditation can you a lot in your daily life. If you do or practice meditation every day for how ever long it will make you feel more relaxed, be relieved from stress and other health issues you may be having. Meditation is a great practice to do, no matter what you do it for.

Meditation helps me become more spiritually in tune, to help me feel relaxed. It feels good. It feels the best for me doing it outside in the dark, under the moon. that's just because I love night and the moon. :)

Oooohhhhh yeah. Many times when people come to me asking questions, I reccomend meditation.

I was taught to see meditation as setting aside the daily mind for a bit and allowing yourself to relax into the natural you. It has many positive affects including increased energy, heightened awareness, and others. I also recommend movement meditations like yoga and Ti Chee.
