im wearing a ripped black shirt and jeans and no makeup and im pale, im wandering in the woods in the darkness, i hear cries of pain from a little girl, i run twoards the scream when i see shes tied to a tree with scratches and bruises, its funny cause she looks like my real life me. she screams, but its muffled cause she has tape over her mouth, i turn around and i see a man with a dark coat and black hat stab me in the back and i wake up... Its strange and i cant understand.

Hey Dark!

The ripped black shirt, jeans and no make-up most likely are evocative of the "inside" you, or yourself without any pretence. The woods are almost always a reflection of the current state of mind, and since they are in darkness, I would guess that you are feeling low about something. The little girl is almost certainly a symbol of your inner child, the tape over the mouth is also interesting as it may suggest the silencing of your younger self. Perhaps you might be taking yourself too seriously, or are letting life's burdens get you down and are subsequently becoming forced to silence the playful side of your personality. The man with the dark coat and hat, stabbing you in the back is most likely an external force or negative energy who is contributing to the silencing of your playful inner child.

I'm no expert, this is only a guess. Hope it helps

It's all you. The child is representing your past..its hurt and prevented from speaking or moving, entirely bound (representing past emotional and mental pain being incapable of being expressed or acted on). I would interpret the man as you're inner demon, the fears that are holding these emotions and thoughts at bay and are in fact hurting you now still. You're present state in the dream shows how unhealthy you're emotional and mental state is due to these circumstances.

The child could also represent how you feel subconsciously (feeling pain and constrained without reason (innocent victim).

You being with no make-up and having ripped clothes is possibly an expression of you being insecure and vulnerable. If you are having reoccurring nightmares, there is a good and bad side to it:
Nightmares in general suggest negativity or stress in once's life, maybe even if you don't notice it, you're feeling a bit negative lately.

Reoccurring dreams are a good sign of someone that might be naturally good at lucid dreaming! This is a tool that can help with your life, as well as help you understand your dreams and control your actions in your dreams better.

Hope you find the truth within yourself to this dream as well as the input from others.

It sounds if a dark figure in your past that has scarred you (the ripped clothes) is coming back to your memory. I'm guessing you are and were useless against it.

The younger version of you could represent you as a child, or that you feel helpless in a situation now. Having her mouth taped to me would symbolize that she cannot speak about what has been harming her, whether emotional or physical. Having someone stab you in the back in a dream is often representative of feeling like someone or something has done just that.

If nothing anyone has suggested makes sense to you, I would meditate on it. Sometimes things just don't seem to fit when your looking at them from your normal perspective. I find listening to drum beats wonderful for this. While listening to them, let your mind replay the dream from beginning to end without stopping to think about what it means.
