AP Tips?
By:
Hello and Blessed Be! For several months on and off, I've been slowly trying to attempt projection. Recently I've become more serious and I want to practice consistently every night. The problem is, I tend to have more positive experiences in training by listening to binaural beats to help induce me into the right state. I listen to them through my iPod Touch and now my parents have established a rule: I have to leave my iPod downstairs each school night. Are there any tips or pieces of advice that can help me or any suggestions for replacing the audio clips with other things that help induce AP? I would highly appreciate any feedback! Thank you! ~SullenMoon

I don't care what people say about AP and lucid dreaming, it helps either way to keep a dream journal under your pillow, preferably known to you only, and everyday that you wake up, write down exactly what you can remember from your dream, the tiniest detail. Today when I woke up, I ended up writing 2+ pages of details from my dreams.

This will help you remember your dreams, and the more you remember the more conscious you can be, this is important because a way to get into the state of AP is to meditate while conscious in the dream.

I suggest learning meditation techniques, as well as become adept at lucid dreaming, another way to get better is to constantly ask yourself throughout the day, "am I dreaming?" Do this a lot, that way when you are dreaming, you will naturally ask yourself that, and it will trigger consciousness.

Meditation while lucid dreaming can lead to a seriously intense psychedelic experience. I have done this before, and it is a very mind-opening sensation that seems to last forever.

Hope it helps
