There different, Wicca utilizes witchcraft, as a means. Some wiccans don't cast spells, I know of witches who practice but are not wiccans.

Wicca is a new religion, Witchcraft has been around for centuries as a TRADITION not religion, and Wicca has adapted it along with ceremonial magick to suit its needs. Therefor, Wicca is NOT witchcraft
