Covens outside of SOM

I asked on the chatter about how to start a coven that actually gets together (not on the internet). I wanted to know more opinions on what you should have figured out before you start one, and any guidlines about the coven, rules, priest/priestess, ect.

Contact The Pagan Federation. You will find it for your area on Google. They will have a list of covens in your area.

http://www.witchvox.com is another good site to try.

I'd think the Pagan Federation would be a slightly more helpful organization to get started.
There are many things you need to consider these days that in past the past weren't issues.
