What exactly are you talking about?...

someone I knows wants to make a spell that encases your arms in rock and u punch them. they dont wanna make a profile to ask themselves.

Here is what you do...

Step One

Go outside when it is raining. When it has rain for over an hour. Take yourself outside. Without an Umberlla. And go to where their is no grass just mud.

Step Two

Have your knees on the ground. And put mud around your Arms. And Make sure it is think enough that you cannot take a Bath.

Step Three.

Then stand up and Punch!

Step Four

Go in side and take a shower. And think about what happen.

And that is all it is to it.
