Digi kinesis

Hey, I got a nifty little ability that I've looked all over for and haven't found anything on that could help me train it. I don't know what anybodies take is on it, but I belive it. It's the manipulation of the digital, the actual way that technology works out. I don't know of anybody off hand that could help me, and I don't know if this is gaggable, I'm sorry if it is (to mods) and just let me know and I won't post anything on it again, but if anybody can help me out with it, or if you can help me to come up with a way of training and using it, feel free to message me.
