my personal opinion is that it will only serve a short term purpose, be happy with who you are because beauty is only skin deep , love the skin your in and be proud of who you are . also like to add if it a health issue with weight seek your doctors advice and a proper weight loss program that will help you long term blessed be sue x
I agree totally. I keep myself in shape with balanced diet, plenty of excorcise, and combat training. (I know the training sounds corny, but you kinda need it where I live, lol)
If your having a whole lot of trouble getting some weight off and nothing you try works, then try a spell. Once the weight falls off though, instead of keeping yourself that way magickally, try to be as healthy as you can. It will give you more energy and keep you from getting drained from spells. Also, the better shape your in, the more energy you have to burn...usually. (I know someone hefty that has more energy that I will ever have, lol)
If you think you can see yourself as a beautiful/handsome person without losing weight, then by all means don't use the spell. It doesn't matter what other people think, and anyone worth having around will like you for you...not your body.
On another note, if that is a picture of you as your avatar, I wouldn't even worry about spells. You look very good there (not hitting on you, don't worry)You have nice eyes, features, and your not fat. If someone is trying to get you to lose weight because THEY are not satisfied, then give them the boot, because they aren't worth it.

i have not tried any weight loss spells, but i have used green tea triple fat burner and it works-- it makes your metabolism kick in if its gotten sluggish, i lost 20 lbs already, i do som modeling and there is nothing wrong with being voluptious, and curvy--
Just wanted to bump this up! :) I've had some success on doing the exercise/healthy eating gig and like many others, would like assistance. I practice magic myself and would like to try one.
Before that....Anyone have any luck with any of the spells on the site? If so, which ones, when did you attempt it (waxing, waning, Saturday, etc.) and have you been maintaining the weight loss? :-)
honestly if thats u in the picture u dont need no spell u look fine ey but if u want to loose weight just stop eating bread and only drink water ull drop some lbs quick, 10-10 intervals work really good as well
This one worked for me, but it took a couple days instead of one. I'm just starting. I'm the kinda girl that puts on weight pretty easily, especially with starch and carbs. I ate pizza and bread and it still worked.
