Hi everyone well um im in a bit of a problem with the simplist of things i cant realy meditate like i find it hard to just relax and not have my mind drift off into different thoughts so does anyone have any tips on that and anyone got any tips on scrying

Many people have trouble relaxing and concentrating when they first begin meditating. The trick is to begin with very short periods of meditation, say five minutes. As you improve, gradually lengthen the time, but only by a few minues at a time. Don't jump from five minutes to half an hour in one session. And don't give up. Meditation is a skill that can be learned just like any other if you keep working at it.
Its also helpful to find a mantra, and begin meditation by chanting. This gives you somthing to concentrate upon and is very relaxing. It should be something short and simple and easy to remember.

Repetitive chanting is one of the very best ways to bring yourself into a trance state, if you are seeking to do this. Speaking or chanting the name of one of our Goddesses or Gods, or a phrase of your choice that relates to them, with your full consciousness devoted to this practice will help to bring you into their presence and open up mutual awareness between you and them.

the simplest way to relax in to meditation, do ot where you are relaxed? (warm bath, bedroom with music on?,sitting in the sun,ect.)
