Time is relative to ones perception of time and ones movement through time. while you physically have very little you can do in regards to altering your movement in time you can alter your perception of time. Just about any technique you can use to alter your perception of reality can be modified to alter ones perception of time. The capacity is there in the human brain. We do it all the time without even thinking about it. Bore someone enough and an hour becomes an interminable enternity. Take that same hour and alter your perception of it with a more pleasant stimulus and it flies by in what feels like only minutes.

I can't really offer more constructive advice but There's the Invocation of Fotamecus. It works well for long, boring car rides.

we dont actually bend time we bend our minds passage through it

for u see even the smallest hole in the universe destroys pretty much evreything within a lightyears radius

black holes for instance are rips in space and time
and what happens when things go through them

Actully nothing is relly ever destroyed. It changes into energy.how do u think whole planets can fit through a small black hole? And for objects that arnt to big it acts as a wormhole
