There were roumurs that a wizard council has finally grounded through out the world. I was very confused of this news since only some time ago there wasn't a group to guide us. Any one heard of such rumors?

Hey, so honestly I never heard of this before and when I did some research on this I couldn't really find anything you might wanna check the website or book on where you got this from. So, I am just going to assume that these rumors are false. But I could be wrong and someone else can tell you a little more about this. That saying can you please mail me the links to where you got this information from? Would love to look into it since I couldn't find anything online about it.

Rumors of such a council are just that...rumors.

No such thing actually exists.

you might be thinking about a council from the 70's that tried to make a universal set of rules for paganism, but that wasn't law to all pagans [so really it was just for show] witches/pagans/wiccans don't have a ministry of magic or whatever you might call it. so while someone might claim they're part of the 'wizard council' no such thing exists [outside of an individual coven perhaps] so it's not real. [especially since you cannot make a universal statement about anything in Paganism without someone standing up and going 'actually, i don't believe that.']

The book i read it from was from the 2000's i cant remember the title. The rumor was told to me not on web or a book. That makes more sense to being a coven. Thank you all for answering.
