Lately I have had recurring dreams of an individual friend dying in each dream in locations around the suburb I have been living in for my entire life. 1). Reoccuing dreams base upon death doesn't mean someone will die. It just means in your case since your moving your relationship with that person will die.
2). There could be an number of things that could cause the negative Engery. For starters since you relocated I'd think you'd be feeling Anxite or depressed. With such feeling in the planes. Negative Engery such as this is an invitation to negative energy entities to feast upon your negative Engery.
