breaking an addiction

Good morning, afternoon or night. I am trying to find information about a spell to help a loved one break a drug or alcohol addiction. Is such a thing possible? Rehab has not helped, if anything it made things worse. The only thing they got out of the whole rehab experience is now they also cut themselves when they are feeling depressed. I would love to know if there is any way that I could help them out.
Thank you so much in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this and double thanks to anyone who may respond :)

I don't know if this works and it is not a joke but writing you addiction on toilet paper and using it is meant to help.

I think the problem with that may be that they don't think they have a problem, so they probably wouldn't do it. I was hoping to find something that I could do to help. I wonder if I could write their name with the addiction on the TP and then use it?

It is unfortunate, but true, that you cannot help someone who does not want to help themselves. I have run across this a few times, and it's true. I've had to end friendships over this, as they started to steal from me to get the drugs/money for drugs. Almost lost a family member to this, though the problem had turned into drugs and cutting, as it was a depression-abandonment issue. You can express your love and concern, even ways of how to help themselves with you to support them. But you can't do it for them. I'm so sorry.
