Is it possible for I can think of something and I will be in my mind and I can come back to reality

Yes, but you can only bring back stories about it. Or a design for something that you have to take the trouble to actually make, if you want it to become real.

Or you can encounter what you saw in your imagination, sometimes, but only because it was here all along too.
