You may read about Wicca. You may follow the religion of Wicca. But, strictly speaking you are too young at 14 to be a Wiccan. However, I am sure Wiccans will "speak" to you if you ask specific questions about Wicca. Also you must understand that other Wiccans cannot actually teach you! It is against the Law, until you are 18.
