Child Custody Issue

Hello all,

I need some advice on a spell or couple of spells and any advice would be great.

Basic situation is this: My daughters mother and I split up almost 3 1/2 years ago. During that time we've had an amicable split and have split our time with our daughter evenly. As of last week she suddenly wants to reduce that time to almost nothing for no apparent reason. She herself during a call about this even stated I'm a great father, but she thinks our daughter she only stay with her all the time. This isn't the first time she's said and done this, but that was over 3 1/2 years ago when things were still bitter.

Whew! Lots of typing here. What I'm looking for is spell or series of spells to calm her nature and to hopefully clear whatever fog or bad mojo that's causing her to react this way. Everything between the two of us has been so perfect, that to have this come out of nowhere is beyond me.

I've only done a few spells in my life, some with great success, others with less than a fizzle. I would appreciate any advice anyone can give though.

Thanks to all.

Its not a spell you need, you just need to decide this yourselves. Never tamper with problems as serious as this, for it can lead to issues. Children are very observant, so your daughter will notice a change in her mothers nature. But try to ask your daughter kindly and with no pressure, about who she would rather be with. Give her time to think, and don't try to give her presents in the meantime. Just take this advice to mind.

My advice is to not use magick. It sounds like something has changed, and you should discuss this with the child's mother. Maybe child's age comes into play. Going to school? Conflict with other things? Try talking to find the answer. If all else fails, there is always court. But talk first. Find out the mother's thoughts as to why she thinks this would benefit the child to stop the visits. Something is off here. Find the problem, talk it out, then find the solution. I wish you good luck.

Im going through the same thing with my x just nkt as far along and she hasnt tried to take my son yet but just in case and working well so far ... after a good cleanse of your home(along with a little banishment of any malicious entities) light a single white candle and use the flame to clean the tip of a ceremonial dagger focus all energies into the flame while envisioning you and your child home and happy when u feel satisfied of the cleanliness of your blade/fusion with the flame bring the lit candle outside your main door next to the threshold use your dagger to draw blood from your fingertip and draw a protective rune in front of the door(if not possible draw it on your door itself or the frame!) WHILE DOING SO chant "keep us home keep us safe all theyve done is for waste" it may help to chant while cleaning your blade i know i did. Afterwards for at keast the first week, anytime your able to repeat your new chant 3while times followed by"by the power of three so mote it be"

Remember this is NOT for pride spite or selfishness. IT IS FOR WHAT YOU KNOW IS TRULY IN THE BEST INTEREST OF YOUR CHILD!!! If the child is truly better off with the mother then allow it with no interference or do not even consider this spell because it will backfire eventually and your child does not deserve the repercussions!

I agree that magic will not help in such situation. Proper discussion on this situation with your mom will help. Otherwise going for a legal solicitor like family law lawyer can be a good choice. Currently I am getting all the legal advice from lawyers at "http://www.leemeierlaw.com".

A lot, in this sort of case, depends on the Law. It may be different in the USA, but here in the UK the Law is very clear. If you are, or were, legally married to the child's mother, then you have right of access to your daughter. If you are not, nor have ever been, legally married to the mother you have no rights at all! None!
You cannot look to magic in this sort of situation. Calm and sensible discussion is the answer.
