I must share this with everyone. It is a chant I say every time I wash my face. Tonight I saw a woman that hasn't seen me in a year and she told me I looked younger than I did when we worked together! It works! Recite it each time you wash your face, I also change the words around when I apply face lotion.
Every time I wash my face,
it takes away bad things in place.
It takes the aging negativity,
to bring forth youth God has for me.
Your friend, could presumably have been passing you a compliment, most chants do not actually work unless the user has the will for it to work. This chant has potential but without the required will it could easily fail.

happy for you if this is working, though a younger looking me was no less ugly than the present, a chant that persuades a younger me never to fight or play Rugby might do the trick!
Seriously though, energies you put out there do work.
My theory is, changes inside effect the out too, mixed with the energies you are putting out there, it works.

Washing your face and taking care of you skin and living a healthy life style can also make you look younger. And is possibly more affective than spells.
