Use 0.5oz of Elderberry Flowers and 1oz of peppermint leaf's.
Boil one pint of water with the ingredients.
Simmer for 15-20 Minutes.
Then strain them into a jar/jug/container and sweeten with Honey or stevia.
Drink hot mixture before you head to bed.

This is great for people who have the common cold or are surrounded by people who have it to keep well.. Do not drink more than one cup a day and up to eight days.

Tulips can be used for prosperity ,when creating gris gris bags ,from what I have read .

In flower therapy it promotes grace and calm by helping us to deal with anger and irritation .According Doreen Virtue and Robert Reeves this plant is related with Haniel ,Raguel and Zadkiel and root ,sacral ,solar plexus and crown chakras .

Please note ,tulips are poisonous plants in similar manner as daffodils , crocuses, lily of the valley .Every single part of the plant (except maybe the flower petals ) contains toxins! When injested ,it will cause dizziness ,nausea ,abdominal pain and in extreme dose convulsions and death .Despite that people now are developing drugs(as in medical drugs ) by extracting certain compounds from daffodils and lily of the valley ,many of the flowering bulbs are not safe to consume .

Do not ingest any part of the tulip !Do not make any teas or infusion out of any part of it for internal consumption !Tulips also can cause skin irritation in some people .

However you can enjoy its beauty visually ,its smell ,and even the feel when touching the velvet petals .

My flowers are my soul therapy .:)
