Can someone tell me what day will be full moon? where can I keep track of the moon phases?

there's websites that track it, you could do it yourself by counting 29 days from the new moons, so roughly every 14 is the full moon, then 14 more is the new moon, and mark then down on a calender. the last option is on this website, if you scroll down there's a tracker bellow the chat and calender. if you don't see it, go to your settings because you probably have it turned off.

You can cast on other days than the full moon, the reason we use the full moon is because it is a time of optimum energy for casting, making spells work somewhat better and with more strength.

Tomorrow's Full moon is also in Aries which will be full of energy...(Aries is ruled my Mars) and taking into consideration the activities in the sky lately it will be one of the most powerfull (especialy on the emotional aspect) that we have had this year. Enjoy the experience ;o)

If I heard right, tommorow night is the Harvest Moon as well. Im so exited, perfect time for spell casting!

It depends on the spell type. Some spells works better on new moon or on waxing gibbous, etc. It is not generally speaking:)
