Why am i gagged then not?

Every few minutes i can't post or comment and now i can't send messages anymore and all but the messages come back every few minutes

That is not a gag. You probably reached the limit of mails. If you were gagged you could not mail, chat or post this in the forum ;)

I can't at times because i couldn't write this a few minutes ago I'm not even sure if this will post

Then that would be due to lag. When SoM recieves a heavy flow of traffic, the posting speed will slow down rather noticably. The best thing to do in a situation like this is exit then re-enter SoM, clear the cookies from your computer, or just take a little break until traffic slows down.

Could be because of site updates. Best to talk to a mod or the admin.
