enchanting a necklace

I'm new and want to know how to enchant a necklace for good health to give to a friend because they are sick alot... there favorite color is green if that helps... they dont believe in magic so would that effect them??

To enchant a necklace you need to know Psionics (this is the easiest non-ritual way). You need to make a construct, program it to keep your friend healthy, then shell it, spin it, and then tell it to stay in the necklace.
