visualisation

iwasnt along time on this website but from what i saw most of spells/techniques etc are about visualisation
and my question is :
why should i visualise?
in my opinion when u visualise too much dreams become reality and for example if u done spell n yu think it work but its nly your mind thats "visualising"

Visualization helps you focus energy to the person, place, or thing that you what to manipulate. However if all you do is visualize the object you won't be able to manipulate it. You have to link the energy you gather and manipulate to the object that you want to change.

Your third eye will help you to assess weather your efforts were made in vain.
