meeting a person?

Well, basically, someone you don't know personally.
for example, lets say I wanted to meet...Justin Bieber (EXAMPLE)
is there a spell I could use to somehow make it reality?
I know magic works in subtle ways, but I mean generally speaking, is there a spell that can do it?

You are posting a lot of requests for different kinds of spells, but have you looked around on site for any of them yet? If you want to get good feedback, wait for people to respond before you go posting more forum posts asking for more spells.

Anyways, I don't think you could cast a spell to meet Justin Bieber as an example.

Still there are spells to increase chances that you do meet people that you do need or deeply wish to meet. Yet I agree it is barely possible with one specific person.
And anyway, who wants to meet Justin B...?!

Raven was just using JB as an example, and if you want a spell to meet someone, make your own. However, before you cast ANY spells, you should be sure you know the basics... otherwise, you'll find you have a difficult time in directing your energy where you want it to go and it will most likely fail.

It's okay to inquire. I'm sorry if I come off as harsh ever, haha. I can be a little blunt.
