Is the reputation adept over the reputation knowledgable?

Yes. The ranking system goes as follows:

Fluffy, No Rank, Beginner, Novice, Knowledgable, Adept.

They can actually rank you "Fluffy"?

From what I heard, yes you can. Only people who are ranked novice and knowledgeable are usually able to rank you though. There are many posts on this site that inform you, on this topic.

I suggest you search up reputation bar and read a few.

Members ranked novice do not have the ability to rank other members. Only members ranked knowledgeable or adept are able to rank, as well as see the rank of fluffy.

I know what the other reputations are, I just didn't know about Fluffy. But my question has been answered now.

Well Silver, you could actually have been "No Ranked" or "Fluffied" both have no visual ranking unless you are Knowledgeable or Adept.
