Energy

So I have this energy that I can kind of turn on and off. It helps me connect better with nature. It heals me. It basically does a lot of helpful things but I feel like I can still improve. What is this call? How can I improve with it?

Perhaps it's your chakra/chi/psi/whatever you want to call it at work in some way, perhaps it's just your imagination. If you could give us some examples and more detailed info, it might give us a better idea of what this is.

Otherwise, I'd say it's one of the two I just listed. Though again, I can't say anything for sure without more information.

sounds like you have a link to nature you and seal off and reopen at will.... try meditating around a forest or just near nature in general

Um, for example I was scratched badly and a huge red mark was there. I feel a flow of energy which I can direct it to where I was injured and I'll be fine. But it doesn't always work, I can't summon the energy when I'm down or tired

Right. Chi, spirit energy, life force, 'power'..It's all pretty much the same thing. But where you get it determines wether its spiritual or psychical. And yes, we often combine the two, but none goes on about these things so there you have it.
