How to open third eye

hi guys, i really need your help. i want to open my third eye. can somebody tell me the easiest way to open mine. thanks

Simple meditation. But, to focus mainly on the 3rd eye, meditate with your hands like this

and place them below the chest. While meditating there's is also no special words, just the simple ommm. You simply just meditate with your hands like so. This technique will focus mainly on raising your third eye chakra.
