Newbie

Okay, I am more than just new to this site... I have never actually casted a spell before. My mother and father, however, practice magic quite often. In fact, my mother reads tarot cards.

I would love to be able to learn and experience spell casting, so if anyone is willing to help, I would be most grateful.

And of course since your parents practice magic "quite often" you might simply approach them and ask them to teach you. The best teaching is done face to face with someone you can trust, not simply some random individual on the internet. I would think your parents would be thrilled that you are interested in following in their path.
