I am a council member but how do u upload a spell?

Since you're in spellcasters: Go to your profile and click the link to take you to the spellcasters home page. Click the link next to "Spellbook" which is found at the top next to the priest/ess. Then click the link next to "spells'. It will take you to a page with different categories of spells, and there will be a link that says "Add new spell".
