Soulbonds

Since a few people have mailed me asking about this, I'd thought I'd make a post here about it for people who might be interested but haven't read my bio. Soulbonds are people who live in your head, they're like imaginary friends, only you have no control over them and they're their own people. A person can wind up with soulbonds for multiple reasons. Some people experience trauma in their lives and wind up with soulbonds as a result (alternate personalities in those with DID are often considered soulbonds, but people can have soulbonds because of other psychological disorders, or even not have that sort of psychological problem but still get them through trauma). Other people are simply born with them and can have them their whole life or maybe even not even know they exist until later in life. Some authors find that their characters take on a life of their own and they gain a soulbond that way. Some people make their own soulbond called a tulpa. Some people are what's known as gateway systems and have soulbonds come and go from their heads. If you have any questions about soulbonds or want to simply talk to my soulbonds, don't hesitate to reach out! We don't bite! Can't guarantee Blizzerachi won't though (she's totally not pissed off at me for saying that XD).

This is very interesting. I wonder if I am dealing with one from a teen child of multiple severe traumas. The anniversary of one of the traumatic events just passed and I can see someone else all together behind his eyes. I'm a bit unnerved to be quite honest. I have the feeling the perpetrator of the abuse (who is passed violently due to his own perversion) is looking back at me and not this poor child I've taken in. Not sure what to do.

This is very interesting.
I am a writer, and my main characters obnoxious friend is a character I quite like, and when she 'sacrificed' herself, I couldn't make her stay dead.
Either way, I think she may have stuck in my head a little bit, cuz next thing I know I'm going from happily chatting to my friend, then being sarcastic, rude and saying all of the things she might say.

I have always had different personalities in my head, but I have never thought of this. It sounds like I might have soulbonds.
