spell query?

Hi,

Is there a spell that contains urine (& possibly some herbs) that can cast bad spirits on a family, 3 sisters are suffering from mental problems which look very much like bad spirits. They are all very paranoid, 2 of them have voices and they all speak of government/fbi conspiracies against them.

Any help welcome.
