As you don't give your age it's difficult to advise.First of all there is no spell that can change your gender. Large breasts can be reduced in many ways. Changing to a boy? That would require very serious surgery!

it is impossible to change your physical form using a spell , However there are spells to aid with body change like weigh loss . spells and charms to help you feel more motivated and eat healthier.

Magic and spells are not going to change the DNA which makes you a girl. You are not going to be able to change your gender magically.

There are, of course, surgical options that you could pursue. If your breasts are too heavy and are giving you pain you could have a surgical breast reduction performed.

You could, if you are a good candidate, consider gender reassignment surgery. Even that doesn't change your gender or your DNA, but it would give you the form of a male. However, such surgery is expensive and not covered by most insurance. And not everyone who wishes the surgery is a good candidate for it.

Now that everything else has been stated by the other posters , I would like to add in my own 2 cents.

I frankly wonder why people would undergo Gender Reassignment Surgery or intensely desire to be the opposite gender when there is clearly no means to truly become the opposite sex. Even those that undergo such surgeries are not truly the other gender. They only look like it and seem like it and even then , not perfectly. A male turned female for example , you can most likely spot his adam apple and his general physique. For example , the shoulders would be too broad etc. The same applies for a female.

Instead , I am of the opinion that people should just try to become more comfortable with their own skin. Why not try to adjust one's mindset and attitude? Adjusting the mindstate , letting go of such intense desires? Truly becoming comfortable in one's own shell? There are so many mental arts out there such as Meditation , Trancework , Altering States of Consiousness that one can use to find one's own inner balance but nope , they don't use it.

During Astral Work , I have pictured myself as male and sometimes female depending on the working and in fact most often usually see myself as a genderless being. It is just a form that one takes. It is the same thing physically.

Let go of these thoughts and desires as you can never truly fully become the opposite gender. You can take some small steps though to improve your situation though.

If your chest is too large , reduce it to a manageble level via operation. If you don't feel like wearing fancy stuff , don't. Nobody is asking that of you.I doubt a workspace or educational institiution would ask you to wear "fancy stuff". My personal grooming when going out takes less than 15 minutes(and usually less than five)and I still look fine if I say so myself.

(To the general public viewer: This is just my opinion. If you are a Transvetite reading this, it is not meant to insult or offend you , just how the way I feel. Just thought I would add it out here =P )

Akashic, I'm sorry but you don't know what you are talking about. Transgender has nothing to do with the way a person "looks", it is about how they "feel".
Have a look at the website of April Ashley; look at her photographs. That's a woman! No question! But she was born a man!
Transgender happens in the womb at about 15 weeks of pregnancy. Until then, the unborn child is female. It is at that time when the genitals form. But it takes a few more weeks for the brain to "accept" the change, and so, although rare, the male genitals form before the brain can "accept" the change. So the baby is born in the "wrong" body! It can also happen to the other sex; a girl born who should be a boy!
You really should study your Biology.

The DNA, of course, remains the same.

It all has to do with Chromosomes and Testosterone. The female egg has the X chromosome; the male sperms have an equal amount of Y or X. If an X sperm fertilizes the egg,the result is a female;if a Y sperm, the result is a male. But, and it is a big But!
At about 8 to 15 weeks, the XY embryo produces a huge "surge" of testosterone, and the male genitals form. Until then the genital "bud" is the same for both sexes. However, sometimes the embryo doesn't produce enough testosterone. The result is a female in the body of a male. It is really a tragedy, but it does happen! And it can happen the other way, when an XX chromosome gets a surge of testosterone, and the result is a male in the body of a female.
The psychological effect is horrendous!

@Brysing

I have never really took biology when I was studying. I took Physics and Chemistry instead. Anyway , thanks for your explanation.

Anyway , when I meant "Transgender" , I was using the term casually and as a person that when came out of the womb , was a particular gender but for some reason , decide to change to another later on in their life via operation.

What my long post was trying to say that if one was born a particular gender , they should accept it , even if they feel a preference for another. What was I trying to say is that instead of attempting to change one's gender via surgery , why not just accept it , deal with it and move on?
