Is itt possible

When Im close to some one I can hear thier vocies but they are not talking can I actually hear ppls thoughts or is it just my hearing playing tricks?

Your mind is just playing tricks on you. It is impossible to hear someone else's thoughts.

If you are hearing voices of any kind, you should likely visit with a doctor (a psychiatrist) first to rule out mental illness of some sort.

No one can hear peoples thoughts, but you can sense there aura in several different ways, for me aura is being detected/felt in a form of a "scent", it`s quite possible that you can "hear" there aura and that your mind is merely filling out the blanks about what your actually hearing by interpreting it as "speech"
