Be careful of what articles you read here on SoM. Most of them can get very fluffy. Make sure to use common sense when reading any spells or articles here on SoM.

To be honest, some not most, are fluff. However i will check the link out, but what you believe is up to, you.

There is a rating system, it is a star rating. Some articles will be (One star) that is if, it's, poorly written. Others will have a higher up, rank. Frankly, look at the ratings. One will then decide upon themself, if it is worth it.

*Does it seem, legit? Or, poorly written.

*Does it give resources, for further study?

Ask yourself, these, questions.

It's not really 'fluff' but it's not completely right either. This is talking mostly about psi, which really isn't a psychic thing. It's more of a form of energy manipulation.

Psychics deal more in the realms of claivoyance and such things. I would use that as a starting point.

This does not explain what a psychic is. No.

"Psionics" is what that article is about--something very controversial in the magick community.

Personally, I wouldn't waste your time trying to move a toothpick with your mind. What really does that accomplish? Not very practical.
