good suggestions. chamomile tea can also help but if you have rag-weed allergies it has been known to cause reactions for some.

mint is also known to sooth, put a few drops into a warm bath and relax before bed.

Personally, I rub a mixture of peppermint and lavender essential oil on my pulse-points, before bed. I also sleep with a lavender sachet under my pillow.

Skullcap is also a very effective herb you can infuse it with tea, it goes well with other herbs to help with the flavour. Also dried hops mixed with some lavender buds tucked up under your pillow is another great aromatic way to have a great nights sleep!
